Rockville, MD – TISTA Science and Technology Corporation (TISTA) announced today it has been awarded a contract to support the National Institute on Aging (NIA) for Information Technology Support Services (ITSS). Under the ITSS program, TISTA will provide IT Services and Support to the CIO’s office, Project Management Office, Network Infrastructure Section, Service Desk Section, and the NIA user community. The contract includes a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
TISTA has supported NIH’s National Institute on Aging (NIA) since 2019 and under the ITSS program is responsible for providing IT Services and Support to the CIO’s office, security team and NIA user community by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and platforms, including Azure DevOps for work tracking and ServiceNow for managing service desk activities. NIA is now the 3rd largest funded IC at NIH, and the ITSS program supports one of NIA’s core missions by providing state-of-the-art information systems and white glove support to the NIA research community.
