The Policy does not apply to any interactions you have with us outside of the Website.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or display content presented or hosted by other parties. For example, the job application portal on the Website is independently operated and managed by iCIMS, Inc. Some of the pages of our Website also contain embedded YouTube videos. These third-party websites and content are not under our control and are subject to the applicable terms and policies, including privacy policies, of those third parties. TISTA is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices employed by these third parties.

  1. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY NOTICE

California law requires us to provide a Notice at Collection to California residents.  This Privacy Policy describes the categories of Personal Information we collect, how we collect and use them, and how we disclose them.  We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy.  We do not sell or rent your Personal Information or share your Personal Information with third parties for advertising purposes.

California law gives California residents certain rights to their Personal Information. These rights are described below. To exercise one or more of these rights, please submit a verifiable request to us at 1 (833) 569-6992, contact form, or info@tistatech.com. You may also authorize another person (your “agent”) to submit a request on your behalf.

B. Right to Correct

You have the right to request that we correct inaccuracies in any Personal Information about you we have collected, processed, or otherwise obtained in the last 12 months. We will consider the totality of the circumstances in determining the accuracy of the Personal Information subject to your correction request, and may deny your request if we determine that the contested Personal Information is more likely than not accurate. C. Right to Delete

You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Information we have collected from you. We are not required to delete the requested information under certain circumstances, such as when the information will be retained solely for internal use consistent with our relationship with you, or if we need to retain the information to comply with a legal obligation. If we determine that we can fulfil your deletion request, we will delete the relevant information from our active records and notify you of the deletion.

We do not discriminate against consumers for exercising any of their rights with respect to their Personal Information. This Website is not intended for children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information relating to children.
